According to the Public Relations Office of the University of Kurdistan, Dr. Adel Si-o-seh-mordeh, President of the university, has formally appointed Dr. Bakhtiar Javaheri to the position of "Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences."
The decree, effective from November 25, 2025, cites his capabilities, dedication, knowledge, and valuable experience as the basis for this appointment. Dr. Javaheri will undertake this responsibility while maintaining his teaching and research duties.

In the decree, the University President expressed his hope that Dr. Javaheri, by fostering collaboration with faculty members and staff and with a strong commitment to synergy and empathy, will take significant steps toward achieving the faculty's key objectives. The quantitative and qualitative enhancement of educational and research activities, technological development, playing an effective role in social responsibility, and advancing the all-around development of the faculty are among the most important priorities highlighted in this appointment.
