With sincere appreciation for the valuable efforts and contributions of all esteemed faculty members, staff, and university service personnel, and pursuant to the resolution of the 18th meeting of the University Board of Directors dated 1405/04/22 regarding energy consumption management across all university units and the necessary oversight thereof, the following schedule for staff attendance, activities, and summer holidays is hereby announced for your information and necessary action:

• The period from 1405/05/03 to 1405/06/04 is officially declared as the university’s summer holiday. Should the presence of specific staff members be required during this period, the respective department must coordinate with the Vice-Presidency for Administrative and Financial Affairs, specifying the nature of the required activity.

• The university shall be fully closed from 1405/05/17 to 1405/05/28.

• Personnel in the departments of Security and Physical Protection, Facilities, Landscaping and Grounds, the Livestock Complex, the Farm, and Dormitory Supervisors shall continue their duties "in person," subject to the discretion and supervision of their respective directors and in compliance with existing regulations.

• In accordance with the employment regulations for non-faculty members, esteemed employees (permanent, probationary, and contract-based) shall be granted 10 days of incentive leave; any absence exceeding this duration shall be deducted from their earned annual leave.

• During the aforementioned period, university working hours are scheduled from 07:30 to 12:00.

• Strict adherence to energy conservation protocols and the efficient use of cooling systems is mandatory for all personnel during working hours. The Department of Civil Works and Facilities is tasked with full supervision of these measures.
