By Decree of the Vice President for Constitutional Affairs:

University of Kurdistan Faculty Member Appointed Secretary of the Provincial Constitutional Implementation Monitoring Board

Kaveh Pouladi, a faculty member of the Law Department at the University of Kurdistan, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Constitutional Implementation Monitoring Board in Kurdistan Province by a decree from the Presidency (Vice Presidency for Constitutional Affairs).

According to the Public Relations of the University of Kurdistan, the Vice President for Constitutional Affairs issued a decree appointing Kaveh Pouladi, Ali Sohrabilou, and Habibollah Moradi as members of the Constitutional Implementation Monitoring Network in Kurdistan Province for a one-year term.

The decree states:
"Greetings. Pursuant to Article 16 of the 'Instructions on the Manner of Exercising the President's Responsibility in the Implementation of the Constitution' (issued Dec 22, 2024) and Articles 2 and 3 of the 'Protocol for the Formation and Activity of Provincial Networks for Monitoring the Implementation of the Constitution' (issued June 15, 2025), regarding the decentralization of constitutional implementation monitoring through the organization of provincial networks consisting of three prominent jurists in each province, and considering the expiration of the previous members' terms, you are hereby appointed as a member of the Constitutional Implementation Monitoring Network in Kurdistan Province for a period of one year from the date of issuance.

It is hoped that with the help of Almighty God and by utilizing the existing public and elite capacities in the province, and in coordination with the Vice Presidency for Constitutional Affairs, you will be successful in performing the duties and competencies stipulated in the aforementioned protocol."
